Currently, we do not offer refunds for any purchase. Exchanges will be accepted upon discretion, in which a store credit will be available to you.
Beads in stock will be shipped in 1-3 business days via USPS Priority. Special orders will be shipped in 3-4 business days via USPS Priority. If the order is not in stock you will be notified within 24 hours. Local pickup and shipping is also available.

Adjustments
A complimentary adjustment will be provided in the first 7 days after purchase is received. All adjustments requested after 7 days will be subject to a fee of $20.00 plus shipping. We are not responsible for shipping fees due to adjustments.

All bracelets are made using various stones. We do not recommend wearing in water, or exposing beads to toxins in certain products (lotions, perfumes, detergents). Remove bracelets with proper care to avoid extreme stretching.
